VirtualAdSee if you qualify

For issuers raising under Reg D 506(c)

Put qualified investors on your calendar.

We build and run the investor-acquisition funnel: Meta ads, landing page, booked investor meetings and CRM follow-up. Your team takes the meetings.

What you get

What we build and run

Everything an investor sees, and everything that gets them to a meeting with you.

Ads

20 ad concepts at launch, direct-to-camera and static, refreshed monthly.

Landing page

An investor page with booking built in.

Booked meetings

Calendar, confirmation and reminders by email, SMS and voicemail.

CRM and follow-up

Nurture, win-back and auto-booking sequences.

Compliance workflow

We run all marketing materials through strict compliance protocols and work directly with your counsel.

Reporting

A weekly scorecard and a live dashboard.

What we never do: speak to investors about the offering, promise outcomes, or take a fee on capital raised.

Who this is for

Built for issuers who raise again

We work with a narrow kind of issuer, on purpose. If this sounds like you, the quiz takes about two minutes.

You are an issuer who will…

  • Have an active Reg D 506(c) exemption on file, so you can advertise to accredited investors
  • Have $100K in seed capital to fund the raise
  • Are raising $3M or more
  • Are running a raise of 6 months or longer
  • Will take the investor meetings, or are open to hiring an in-house or third-party IR team
  • Have a strong record of historical returns, or $1M+ in ARR if you are an operating company
  • Have raised before. This is not your first fund or capital raise
  • Are comfortable with up to 20% cost of capital to fund the ads that bring in investors. For example, $20K of ad spend to raise $100K
  • Are ready to start raising in 60 days

We run the ads that build an investor list you own. Most of those investors top up their investment or come back for your future funds, which brings your overall cost of capital down over time.

How it works

Six weeks to build, six weeks to prove it, then scale.

  1. 1

    Weeks 1–6

    Build

    • Ads, landing page and booking calendar
    • CRM automations and investor follow-up
    • Direct-to-camera video ads filmed with you
  2. 2

    Weeks 6–12

    Prove it

    • Ads go live
    • Investors book meetings with your team
    • First cheques usually arrive about 30 days after ads go live
    • At day 90 we check the numbers together against the checkpoint
  3. 3

    Month 4+

    Scale

    • Scale what is working
    • Ad spend is sized to the raise
    • The list you own goes to work on the next fund

What we need from you

  • A decision-maker for a weekly 30-minute call
  • Willingness and availability to film direct-to-camera video ads
  • Someone to take investor calls
  • $100K in seed capital to build your raise infrastructure

Who takes the calls

We book the meetings. One of these three takes them.

  1. a. Your leadership takes the calls

The founder or a partner takes the first call. We book it, remind the investor and hand over the notes.

  2. b. You hire someone in-house

An investor-relations hire who takes every call from day one. We train them on the funnel and the CRM.

  3. c. You hire a third party

A vetted outside investor-relations team takes the calls for you.

    Priced on request

At scale, expect 40–100 investor meetings a month. We book them; your side holds them.

Questions

Common questions

How does this compare with a broker-dealer or a bank?

A broker-dealer charges a placement fee on every dollar raised, on every fund, and keeps the investor relationship. With us, the marketing cost on your first fund can be up to 20% cost of capital. You own the investor list, and when investors put money into later funds your overall cost of capital falls. Under 12% over time, you are cheaper than a broker-dealer. Use the calculator above to check your numbers.

Who pays: the fund or the management company?

Usually the management company, also called the GP (general partner), which is the entity that runs your fund. Whether ad spend can be charged to the fund as an offering expense depends on your fund documents, so ask your counsel. We invoice whoever you tell us to.

When does the first cheque arrive?

Usually about 30 days after your ads go live. The six-week build comes first, so allow around ten weeks from kickoff.

Who takes the investor calls?

You pick one of three: your leadership, someone you hire in-house, or a third-party IR team (priced on request). We book the meetings, send the reminders and hand over the notes. We never speak to investors about the offering.

Do we need an exemption that allows advertising?

Yes. Advertising an offering to the public is only allowed under Reg D 506(c), Reg CF or Reg A. If you are 506(b) only, or nothing is filed yet, we cannot run ads for you. Tell us when it is filed and we will pick it up.

Is there a guarantee?

No. The results on this page belong to the clients named. Your result depends on your track record, your offering and whether your team takes the calls. At day 90 we review the numbers together against the checkpoint.

What do you need from us?

Four things. A decision-maker for a weekly 30-minute call. Willingness and availability to film direct-to-camera video ads. Someone to take investor calls. $100K in seed capital to build your raise infrastructure.

How long until launch?

Six weeks. Weeks 1 to 6 are the build: ads, landing page, calendar and CRM automations. Ads go live at the end of week 6.
